PLEASE NOTE - that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If we do not receive 48 hours notice then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations within 24 hours notice of the booking will be charged in full.
